All referrals and information will be kept 100% private. Any information submitted will not be shared. You must be 18 years or older to make a submission. Addiction affects families in many different ways. Here are the families we welcome to the Rising Hope Foundation: children who have lost a parent(s) to addiction, a parent(s) who has lost a child to addiction, parents with 5 years sobriety, a family with a loved one suffering with addiction.

What happens after a referral?
Thank you for making the Rising Hope Foundation possible. After submitting the form, we'll reach out to you about what experiences are being offered at the time of your submission. Once we learn more about the family and what their interests are, we'll plan an experience.
